Join Riaan Manser and Windhoek lager for an evening of pure adventure
Intrepid solo adventurer Riaan Manser, the first man to circumnavigate Africa by bicycle AND Madagascar by kayak, will be in London to celebrate the launch of Windhoek, Namibia’s no 1 lager, in the UK.
Riaan's story is one of real adventure; five years ago, Riaan Manser became the first person to circumnavigate the African continent by bicycle - 37,000km through 34 countries in two years - all completely unaided. The mammoth journey saw him imprisoned in Equatorial Guinea and held captive by teenage rebels in Liberia.
His resultant book 'Around Africa on my bicycle' is now a best-seller. And not content with that achievement, Riaan has recently returned from a journey which has proved to be an even greater challenge and another world first: single-handedly circumnavigating Madagascar’s 5000km coastline in a Kayak!
